Politcal theory paper

Please help. I had someone write this paper from another site. The paper is good, but I feel is doesn’t answer one of the questions for the assignment. I just need someone to look over and probably make some edits and make sure it’s not plagiarised. The paper is mostly on comparing Edmond Burke and John Locks views (liberal vs conservativism). individual rights, and revolutionary warAlso, I saw a nearly identical paper on course hero. I think the writer used the paper on course hero and just changed words so it is not plagiarism. To me, it seems too close for me to be comfortable. This assignment is due in 5 hours, unfortunately.
